Gilberto Gil - Psycho Folk (Brazil)

Gilberto Gil rushed this album before leaving for exile in 1969 (which lasted until 1972) full of songs composed while he was in prison before being exiled as Electronic and Futuristic Brain.
It's a beautiful album full of wonderful sounds, a good dose of brasilian psychedelia from Gilberto Gil and one of the greatest honors of the album is his mother Dona Claudina, an old 100% bahiana.
The collaborating musicians of the album could not be better with arrangements and musical direction of Rogério Duprat, guitar of Gil, electric guitar of Lanny, bass of Sergio Barroso, battery of Wilson of the Neves and in the piano Chiquinho de Moraes, wants more?
So there goes and the best is that the album comes full of bonus as the full version of Aguele Abraço in which Gil sings for more than 1 1/2 minutes more than in the version released commercially.
In the sequence we have 2 acoustic demos of Fear, With Peter and Culture and Civilization recorded in a relaxed and spontaneous way so that Gal knew how to sing them in his disc. And closing this wonder has We Want War, by Jorge Ben, that Gil recorded with the author on the guitar and Caetano Veloso in the choir.
