The Steppes - Folk Psychedelic Rock (Ireland)

The Steppes were an Irish American guitar based neo-psychedelic rock band that emerged in the mid 1980s. The Steppes are an Irish band (or at least Irish-American, it's a bit murky). This record contains one GREAT song - "The One Thing", a guitar pop masterpiece. The rest is a bit too psychedelic for my tastes, but they have the act down well, sometimes sounding like they stepped right out of 1967.
