There aren't many bands who have managed to truly capture the swirling, kaleidoscopic sounds of the 80s but The Black Ryder are undoubtedly one of them. It’s woozy, droning and totally sublime shoegaze with a dark, psychedelic slant - bringing to mind an ethereal mix of My Bloody Valentine, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and The Jesus & Mary Chain.

Complimented with comfort by a tambourine beat of dreams, singer Aimee Nash's voice is a soothing romp reminiscent of shoegaze hero Hope Sandavol.
