Today Valvulado has the honor of presenting a great Brazilian guitarist, Renan Lourenço!
Born in 1991, in Ibiporã-PR, Renan began his studies in music at 14 years with guitarist and teacher Wander Lourenço. In 2012 he joined the music degree course at Londrina State University, graduating in 2016. In 2013 he joined the band The Hitz (Rock and Pop 1980s) to take up the position of guitarist, previously held by his teacher Wander. Lourenço. For 5 years he played in several cities of Brazil and Paraguay, doing an average of 60 shows a year. In 2017, the band underwent a change in their lineup and changed their name to The Cometz, shortly thereafter leaving only Cometz, continuing previous work and adding to their repertoire a tribute to the British band Queen.
From December 2017 to April 2018 studied with the nationally recognized guitarist Eduardo Ardanuy (Dr. Sin), going to SP monthly at his residence for private lessons.
Renan lives in the city of Londrina-PR, has been teaching since he was 18 years old and is currently a guitar and guitar teacher at the ArtMusic School of Music and a music educator at the Roberto Miranda Institute, in a music project for the visually impaired and people with special needs.
Besides Cometz, he currently plays in the band Badfripp (progressive rock), Hellpath (heavy / death metal) and works in the composition, production and recording of his first solo album, having 4 singles released in digital format.
Renan is supported and partnered by Hayamax, Fender Accessories, Oneal Audio Amplifiers and Guitar Tuning Luthieria.
