Sandália de Prata is a Brazilian band of samba-rock, formed in São Paulo, capital of the state of São Paulo. Samba rhythm is the backbone in the rhythmic scheme, in strands such as samba-rock or gafieira, but for the attentive listener, it is increasingly clear the diversity of influences and sounds present in the band's sound, with accents of Latinities, jazz, soul music and even blues footprints.
In 13 years on the artistic road, the group Sandália de Prata has always had a close affinity and relationship with the DJ universe. In addition, has always dialogued with other languages, such as rap and soul music. The band features vocalist Ully Costa, Dado Tristão (keyboards), Ocimar de Paula (double bass), Everson Gama (guitar), Wendel Soares (drums), Tito Amorim (percussion), João Lenhari (trumpet), Jorginho Neto (trombone) and Raphael Ferreira (saxophone).
