John Savage is a singer/songwriter with over 30 years experience performing in the Upstate New York area. John owns and operates Savage Studio, and his self-titled release John Savage has topped the charts on MP3, receiving over one million plays since its release in 1998.
John has been a longtime favorite in the Mohawk Valley performing in both acoustic and electric groups, playing live venues such as The WOUR Beach Party, Phols Beach House, WOUR Radio Parties, Good Ole Summertime Music Festivals and Woodstock `99. John’s songs feature an eclectic mix of rock and blues, and a 12 song release is scheduled for Summer 2011.
The new full length CD titles Remember Me is once again produced by George Deveny and features Bob Holz on drums, Dan Porter on Bass, George Deveny on electric guitar and David Liddy on piano and keyboard. The songs, all penned by Savage, were written over the past 15 years and represent an eclectic mix of genre’s from blues to reggae, rock and country.
