Aquaria is a symphonic power metal band from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The band was created in 1999 under the name Uirapuru. With this name he released two demos: Here Comes The Life and Flames Of Trinity. In 2005 is presented the band's first album entitled Luxaeterna. Two years later it is the turn of Shambala, conceptual album that portrays the Portuguese invasion of Brazil and the passion of a Portuguese navigator for the character Iara, represented in the cover of the CD by an illustration made by the Brazilian designer Antonio Cesar.
