CD Chronos Mundi - Luz & Trevas - Studio album of this progressive rock band from Rio de Janeiro. The band was formed in the late 90s by Alexandre Maraslis (keyboards, acoustic and electric guitars), Robson Bertolossi Jr (bass, vocals, electric and acoustic guitars) and Gustavo Voigt (drums). The band has only 1 album in its discography. The group features progressive symphonic rock of high quality, with strong influences from English medallions like Genesis, Pink Floyd, Yes, ELP, among others. This is the band's debut album, released in 1999. Must Do! Highly recommended!
The first album by the progressive-symphonic band from Rio de Janeiro, "Light and Dark" quickly reached good prices in the international market. Extremely melodic, it has as basic influences the exponents Pink Floyd, Yes, ELP, Genesis, PFM and Renaissance. With beautiful vocals in Portuguese (Forest Valley only), it has excellent graphic production (booklet with 12 pages, picture disc and colored box background).
